ü User Interface:-
Microsoft's Office Fluent has significantly improved thePowerPoint user interface to make it easier to create, presentand share presentations. The workspace is less cluttered andaccess to the many features of the application is easier toaccomplish. This will speed up your ability to developpresentations from beginning to end.
ü Create Diagrams:-The SmartArt diagram tool has long been an advantage of Microsoft PowerPoint, but since the release of PowerPoint2007, the tool has become even more valuable. You canconvert bulleted lists to diagrams and easily update existingdiagrams. The types of diagrams available is extensive makingit easier to find a chart to effectively illustrate your point.
ü Reuse Content :-
The PowerPoint slide libraries allow you to reuse contentbetween different presentations. For example, when puttingtogether sales presentations for different clients, you don't haveto recreate statistical slides that will apply to different clients.You can easily access previously used slides and insert theminto your new presentation. If you make changes to the slide,they will automatically be updated in the slide library.
ü Create Consistency :-
With the document themes, you can easily change theappearance of the entire document with one click. When youchange a theme, you apply consistent color, style and fontsacross the slides in your presentation. This improves yourability to develop consistent and professional presentations.
ü Secure Presentations :-
By adding a digital signature to your presentation, you canprevent anyone else from changing the contents of yourdocument without your consent. You can also use contentcontrols to create PowerPoint templates that other users in yourorganization can use. You can prevent them from changingdesignated parts of the presentation while giving open access toother portions

different lengths, while percentages are typically represented as
differentangles. A variety of charts types
has
been developed that servedifferent purposes and exemplify different types

3) How to Running Presentation
ü Check which version of PowerPoint is installed
on the show computer. If the show computer
uses an
earlier version of PowerPoint, save a copy of your presentation in the ",ppt" fileformat (using the "Save As"
function). Alternatively, considersaving your presentation as a PowerPoint slide show to preserve animations
and transitions across platforms.
ü Connect a USB thumb drive to your computer.
ü Select the "Package for CD" (Windows) or "Package Show"(Mac) function under "File" in the top
menu bar to create a foldercontaining all linked files, and click the "Save" button.
ü Copy this folder to the USB thumb drive to serve as a convenienttool to transfer files between computers and a
backup medium.
ü Running the Slide Show Launch the desired PowerPoint presentation, and open any otherapplications
that will be accessed during the presentation (forexample, the DVD player if a movie will be played or
anotherpresentation if it is linked in the main presentation) to reduceapplication startup time during the
show.
ü Press the "F5" key to automatically launch the slide show fromthe first slide.
ü Mac users: Press and hold the "Control" and "Shift" keys andthen press the "S" key to automatically launch
the slide showfrom the first slide.
ü Use the up, down, left and right arrow keys to navigate throughthe presentation
ü Press the desired slide number and then the "Enter" key to jumpto a specific slide
ü Press the "B" key to display a plain black screen; press the "W"key to display a blank, white
screen.
ü Press and hold the "Control" key, and then press the "P" key toactivate a pen to draw on a slide.
Repeat this key sequence todeactivate the pen function.
ü Press and hold the "Control" key, and then press the "A" key todisplay the hidden cursor as an arrow to use as an
on-screenpointer.
ü Press the "Esc" key to end the slide show.
